If the customer wants a product change, he has the right to do so within 10 (ten) days with the partner Courier with Gallé, General Post and ELTA Courier. Specifically, the return to us with the indication ‘Recipient Charge’, with the above couriers is free & amp; as soon as we receive your parcel, your change is sent, with a surcharge of 4 €.

If you wish to cancel part or all of the order after receiving the products, you can return within 10 (ten) calendar days, from the estimated date of delivery & we will refund your money to your bank account that you will notify us, within 10 (ten) calendar days or your money will be credited for any new order you wish.

Refunds will be charged to the customer with shipping costs. If you make a return with the General Post Office or ELTA Courier & amp; the indication “Recipient Charge”, will be deducted from the amount of your refund 4 euros. All refunds are made by Piraeus, Alpha & amp; National.

* In case of refund to banks different from the ones cooperating with Gallé, any interbank charges will be borne by the customer.

Returns are accepted if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by the card of the manufacturer. The package must be packed to prevent damage to the product or packaging during transport.

In case of return of shoes, it is not allowed to stick labels and packing tapes on the packing box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Returns of underwear and swimwear (briefs) for hygiene reasons are not accepted.
